Share a special moment with your sweetheart at these heart-warming happenings

The Tunnel of Love (pictured): The vibrantly lit trellis at the North End’s Christopher Columbus Park becomes a special Valentine’s-themed passageway all February long. Whether you plan your visit for February 14 or not, pose for a romantic selfie at this waterfront locale while you can.

Casablanca at The Brattle: A longtime Harvard Square tradition continues at the non-profit cinema, which offers the all-time romantic classic starring Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman on February 14 at 7 p.m. Get an early jump on the holiday on February 13 with three screenings of the cheeky cinematic fairy tale/romance The Princess Bride, with an additional showing February 14 at 9:45 p.m.

The Pink Rink: The Fenway’s Rink at 401 Park transforms into a rose-tinted wonderland from February 11–15, offering the perfect backdrop for a skating date for two.

Shawnn Monteiro at Scullers Jazz Club: The renowned music venue hosts its annual Valentine’s Day show, this year featuring the passionate vocal stylings of the acclaimed chanteuse along with her accompanying trio of talented musicians. The show begins at 7 p.m. with another at 9 p.m., and dinner packages at Boathouse 400 restaurant downstairs (a three-course meal that includes a glass of wine) are available for those that arrive two hours early.

Main Stage Valentine’s Special at Improv Asylum: Make a good laugh with your sweetie a February 14 treat with Boston’s veteran impromptu comedy troupe leading the way. From 7–8:30 p.m., love-themed, guffaw-inducing sketches are sure to rule the night and leave everyone a bit more light-hearted.
