Dear Boston is an exhibit featuring select pieces from the Boston Marathon memorial at the Boston Public Library.

 Looking for a way to express his emotions after the Boston Marathon bombings, photographer Chris Padgett decided to get inked—and he wasn’t the only one with that idea. When he realized how many other people were getting Boston-themed tattoos to commemorate the tragedy, he started documenting their body art.

In 1963, Kennedy’s White House partnered up with DC Comics to create a story promoting his Council on Physical Fitness. The comic, drawn by Superman artist Al Plastino, was still in production when Kennedy was assassinated. Now you can see the original comic book art for the first time at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.

 Contrary to popular belief, Fenway Park Senior Executive Chef Ron Abell does a lot more than grill hot dogs—though we’re sure he can make a mean Fenway Frank. Abell has been in charge of Fenway’s culinary operations since 2006, supervising everything from the exclusive EMC Club to the lowliest concession stand. He cooks for the owners, the players and their wives, the media, the player’s club and staffers. If you’re eating in Fenway Park, Abell has likely had something to do with it.
