Star Turn
One legend portrays another when silver screen star and Academy Award-winner Faye Dunaway comes to Boston for the pre-Broadway run of Tea at Five, a one-woman play about Hollywood icon and fellow Oscar laureate Katharine Hepburn. Playwright Matthew Lombardo (pictured above right with Dunaway) has re-tooled his 2002 work specifically for Dunaway, focusing the action on Hepburn’s later years as she reminisces at her Connecticut home about her career and longtime relationship with fellow actor Spencer Tracy. This rare display of star power in the Hub graces the Huntington Avenue Theatre stage June 22–July 14.
