Gaining universal acclaim following its 2013 debut, Trillium Brewing Company has continued to grow in size and prestige. Its latest venture is a new, tri-level restaurant and brewing facility (50 Thomson Place, 857-449-0083, trilliumbrewing.com) around the corner from its original location in the Fort Point neighborhood, which had been wedged into the first floor of a former industrial building. Now fans can savor its wide array of innovative brews alongside a menu of seasonal, New England-inspired dishes—including fresh seafood, of course—in the first floor taproom, second floor dining room and the third-floor roof deck, perfect for sipping premium suds on warmer days.
