Party with 2,000 fellow Francophiles at the annual Bastille Day block party hosted by the French Cultural Center on July 12 from 6–11 p.m. Held on Marlborough Street in the Back Bay between Berkeley and Clarendon streets, this scintillating soirée features French food, drink and even kids activities from 6–8:30 p.m. It all culminates in an always-energetic concert, which this year features a distinct New Orleans flavor courtesy of singer and trumpeter Shamarr Allen and the gypsy swing music of Bon Bon Vivant.
