Get a jump on your seasonal shopping beginning November 8 with the return of the annual Snowport extravaganza to the streets of Boston’s Seaport. Fun for the whole family abounds, including ice-less outdoor curling lanes, a food and beverage tent featuring 17 tasty options, the kiss-inducing Mistletoe Arch, an arts and crafts area, Instagram-worthy holiday decorations and the unmistakable furry pink-ness of roaming mascot Betty the Yeti. The centerpiece remains The Holiday Market (pictured), an al fresco showcase of more than 120 mostly local and regional vendors offering items like handmade soaps, ceramics, winter apparel, home décor and artisan edibles ranging from chocolate to imported cheese. Upcoming events that ramp up the yuletide ambiance include a tree market, the Light Up Seaport tree illumination on December 6 and the Menorah Lighting on December 29 which acts as a grand finale to this welcome yearly affair.
