Back Bay

Boston’s grandest boulevard, Commonwealth Avenue, is popular walking spot for couples year-round, especially along the central, light-adorned Commonwealth Avenue MallNewbury Street is the perfect window-shopping locale, and is dotted with eateries both intimate and grand. Prime spots for couples include French hot spot La Voile and Italian restaurant and wine bar Piattini. Over on Boylston Street, Abe & Louie’s offers a luxurious, sensual dining experience for steak and seafood lovers. For Italian flair, Eataly at the Prudential Center boasts several options, including wood-fired fare at Terra (pictured) and everyone's favorite comfort foods at La Pizza & La Pasta.
