For the ninth year, AD20/21: Art & Design of the 20th & 21st Centuries & Boston Print Fair returns to the Cyclorama at the South End’s Boston Center for the Arts April 7–10, boasting nearly 50 vendors showcasing the best in modern and contemporary art, crafts, furniture and fine prints. The capstone to the third annual Boston Design Week—a 12-day, city-wide celebration of Boston’s design community running March 30–April 10 that features more than 60 events, including parties, panel discussions, exhibitions and special tours—AD20/21 kicks off with a grand Gala Preview on April 7 from 5:30–9 p.m. that offers food, wine and music, as well as a ceremony honoring former Boston Globe antiques columnist Virginia Bohlin with a Lifetime Achievement Award. The rest of the weekend is highlighted by lectures and presentations to keep aficionados up-to-date on the latest developments in the worlds of art and design.
