A particular emphasis is placed on Mediterranean flavors, especially in such dishes as the Burgundy escargot and the bouillabaisse. Select also boasts a carefully chosen wine list meant to pair well with its cuisine, as well as a rotating selection of craft beers and Cuban-inspired cocktails. With a combination like that, seats will fill up fast, so head there now—reservations aren’t accepted.
