Although born in Canada, Earls Kitchen + Bar has firmly taken root in the Boston area. Its first restaurant in this country’s northeast region, the popular Assembly Row location in Somerville, has been serving scratch-made, globally influenced casual fare along with fun, original craft cocktails since 2014. It has now been joined by a brand-new outpost at the Prudential Center that boasts a multi-level space with an enormous dining area and a three-season rooftop patio and lounge. Expect plenty of juicy burgers, tender baby back ribs fresh sushi creations and enough local craft beers on tap to satisfy any brew aficionado.
