Treat the family by indulging in a fine feast at one of these hot spots on Christmas Day

Grana: From noon–5:30 p.m., this new restaurant at the luxurious Langham, Boston hotel offers a family-style, three course meal courtesy of chef Stephen Bukoff, who has crafted such noteworthy dishes as Dungeness crab salad, roasted ribeye, roasted yams and egg nog pan cotta for everyone at your table to share. Look for a special cameo from Santa and his elf as well.

Artisan Bistro (pictured): Another lavish Christmas dining option is at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston from 1–8 p.m., where the hotel’s eatery features a special four-course tasting menu. Sup on butternut squash bisque and a veggie course (roasted heirloom carrots and char-grilled romaine) before digging into such main courses as braised lamb loin, olive oil-poached sea bass, prime short rib or bronzed tofu filet. End with a selection of holiday-themed sweet treats.

Fogo de Chão: Celebrate an indulgent yuletide brunch at the Boston and Burlington locations of this high-end, Brazilian-inspired steakhouse chain. Highlights include a super-tender bone-in beef shank that has been slow-cooked for 12 hours and seasonal offerings like roasted butternut squash, pomegranate and feta-topped hummus.

Alcove: This coastal New England-focused dining spot on the West End waterfront is open on Christmas and serving its regular menu of seafood, steak, pasta and more along with special holiday items.

Peregrine: This Beacon Hill dining destination at The Whitney Hotel features a special Christmas Day chef’s tasting menu version of the traditional Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes as well as a prix fixe menu chock full of classic, season-appropriate dishes.
