A nocturnal scene is sure to develop due to a late-night menu featuring $1 oysters, and wine, regional brews and the Italian liqueur Amaro Lucano all found on tap. Inspired by the maritime and culinary history of its location, State Street Provisions nevertheless sets a course with an eye firmly on the future.
